Holiday and Sickness Pay
One of the top complaints from agency workers is the inability to get holiday or sickness pay, which can cause financial stress.
With Hi-Calibre Recruitment, you will receive statutory sick pay (SSP) as well as Holiday pay.
Holiday pay is accrued through the number of hours you work. The more you work , the more holiday you earn.
The maximum annual allowance is 28 days inclusive of public / bank holidays.
