Do you charge for a new DBS check?
No we do not charge our candidates for a new DBS check.
Do our staff get holiday pay?
Yes our staff accrue holiday pay / Annual leave as they work.
Do You provide training for your staff?
Yes. When you start with us you will receive a comprehensive set of induction training which exceeds the industry standards for mandatory training. Once you have completed probation you will be put on a personal development plan where we will tailor specific training to you goals.
How long is the probation period?
Our probation is 6 months long.
What type of jobs do you specialise in?
We specialise in all aspects of Children's care and support, both in education settings as well as care settings.
Will I get guaranteed hours?
As an agency we do not offer guaranteed hours, however, the majority of our contracts are fixed term so we are normally able to provide consistent work for our staff.
Do you offer sponsorship?
Unfortunately, as an agency we are not legally able to offer sponsorship, however, we are able to provide additional work to those who are already on a sponsored visa.
